Here's my entry for the Jay MacCarroll quilt Challenge. Some of my spheres are sewn into the block and others are appliqued. The swirl quilting pattern was to emphasize the "orbits."
In answer to your question, I entered http://www.flickr.com/groups/1649218@N25/ which was sent to us with the fabric ... Then opened a flickr acct as I did not have one ... From then on it was pretty easy ... made some mistakes ... used Help & found it easy to fix. Good Luck in getting your very cool piece posted!
