After posting my block yesterday I reread the directions & discovered that it was not the required size of 12.5!But now it is ... thanks to that "ugly fat quarter" swap at the last meeting.
(It pained me to cut into that fabric because it is far from ugly & I was saving it for something special. A special thanks to whomever put that piece into the mix!)
So now I've completed two challenges with one block & look forward to the Saturday meeting .
It looks great both before and after!

ReplyDeleteFinally looked at the blog. I really like the 2nd block with the newly added border (the ugly fabric?) What do they say, there aren't any mistakes, only new possibilities?
