July’s Modern Bee Block

 

Hi all you busy bees!  I have chosen Victoria’s Triangle Galore Block for my Bee.  

Your packages went out in the mail yestersday.

I have enclosed the pattern, you will need to make 8 copies to complete the paper pieced star.  This block took me about an hour to complete.  I have given you purple triangles for the corners, please use these there.  There is plenty of fabric to complete this block, and you may keep the leftovers for your stash if you would like.  You may add your own fabric too if you wish, just keep them bright and colorful, no solids or black and whites. 

Please make sure you keep a quarter inch seam allowance and shorten your stitch length so you can remove the paper easily.  No need to trim them, I will do that when they arrive.
