January and February Bee Blocks

Just finished my January and February Bee blocks, both of which were really fun to make!

January:  Dresden Plate for Brian.  I made the dresden spokes in two different sizes, to make the plate look more like an oval "platter."  I continued the oval theme with the center portion.  I loved working with this color palette and these Japanese-style fabrics!

February:  Celtic Twist for Kim.  This was a bit tricky with the layout, but it helped to arrange everything before I started sewing.  I love the effect and can't wait to see the blocks put together!
