I was given the task of creating "art" from a few pieces of old quilts and whatever else I could find. I've patched together a few pieces of quilts...appliqued some stars from another quilt piece and then embellished with all sorts of trims, sequins, stitches, etc. Hope it's what they were looking for (they being women from my church looking for something different to go in holiday fair).
