There were many inspiring and thought-provoking quilts at the show
Show and Tell
Tina made "cage comforters" for cats in shelters with recycled materials for the batting.
Arlene started this quilt in 2000! It is made with Japanese fabrics.
Jody also completed a quilt that was started years ago.
And look at her new sneakers!

She also brought a vintage Herringbone top that is hand stitched!

Lisa made this quilted pillow cover in Victoria's Herringbone class.
She also made this commission quilt for a guy, and used shirt ticking in her red white and blue design.
Caroline made her dress out of Carolyn Friedlander fabric from a Colette pattern.
Margaret hand quilted this quilt, which is an experiment with recycled fabric.
Diana made this quilt in a Sarah Bond class.
NOTE:
The April meeting address is 475 FDR Drive @ Grand Street, NYC.
The regular meeting will run from 10am-2pm, but we can stay until 10pm if we want, like a mini-retreat!
