Anita added to this new one with a center from Sue and passed it to Jeannine.

Facing Demo
Sue showed us how to put a facing on our quilts, an alternative to traditional binding.Quiltcon Talkback
We had many of our members at Quiltcon this year. Some of their observations were:
- Quilts made with different substrates
- Social justice and political quilts; many by children
- Lots of Improv quilting
- An eclectic mix of quilting styles and techniques
- The Best in Show quilt was a group quilt for the first time

Chris tried a layering technique that turns "ugly" fabric into pretty fabric, with mixed results
