October 2017 Meeting
Welcome Back!
We had a wonderful first meeting of the Guild year. We got down to "business", discussing budget and bylaws. We also discussed programming and charity priorities for the coming year. It's going to be a fun one! Marie, our new President, got things rolling.

Summer 2016 Paint Chip Challenge
Hi everyone
There was some discussion at the June meeting when the Summer 2016 Challenge was announced which has lead to confusion for members about how to finish their challenge mini-quilts and what the future use of these will be by the Guild. Here are the definitive instructions that we will use to move this challenge forward to completion with.

Our Guild Summer Challenge
Landscape Fiction Inspired by Chris Doyle
Our assignment was to layer brights of some
natural element over a deep toned wonky background
and then
outline an additional natural element over the top.
This was a lot of fun that I made another
of flowers (cone, cosmos & lavender) in my summer garden.
