Jessica's Round Robin....Whose Next...
Okay...process...started with a number of ideas...and as I was told (you have to let it sit for a minute), my thoughts became something else...and blue was needed...So whose got next....
Goddess of Good Ideas, Round 2
At the last meeting, Jessica brought in the beginning of this Goddess of Good Ideas round robin quilt, which originally started out as coasters by Earamichia.
I took it home, along with some scraps from Lisa, and here's where we are now!
Who wants to play with it next?

Jessica's Round Robin
Ellen passed the quilt top to me over the weekend. It is gorgeous!
And the thought of adding to it was a little daunting.
But the strip with the semi-circles
& the straight lines of Jessica's start helped me decide where to go with this.
So I created the wide strip at the top.
And I'll bring it to the Metro Mod Meeting Saturday.

Goddess of Good Ideas for E
At the Dec. meeting, Earamichia gave me 8 crumb pieced coasters to quilt, made with fabrics from the scrap table in October. They sat on my cutting table for a while, but they wanted to be so much more than coasters.
and.. um.. last night they turned into this:
and.. um.. last night they turned into this:
I put the Goddess of Good Ideas in the middle and I'm ready to pass it on to the next player. (well, I may add one more border, we'll see) Round Robin #2 anyone?
**ETA: she's getting bigger. someone take her before I end up making this whole quilt myself!

Jessica's Round Robin Quilt
I received the quilt top from Helen just before Christmas.
I have been itching to get started,
Lucky for me the snow storm set it . . .
Everything was cancelled and we were told
to stay inside.
OKAY!!
I added a yellowish border on the bottom
and a green border on the side.

The journey of the Round Robin continues.
Helen came over today and showed me what she's done to it.
I love the confetti~
It's off to Lisa next. I'm getting the itch to add another round to it myself, but I'll wait..
Helen came over today and showed me what she's done to it.
